3D Real-Time Satellite Orbit Tracking System
Fall 2025
Built a real-time satellite tracking system fetching live TLE data and implementing SGP4 orbit propagation to compute satellite position and velocity. Originally built with a FastAPI Python backend; refactored for the web using satellite.js so it runs entirely in the browser. Generates telemetry-style outputs including latitude, longitude, altitude, and velocity for real-time orbital state estimation.
